If you don’t have a vajay jay you can skip reading this….or you can read this for the betterment of your better half’s vajay jay. I’ve been taking Provera more technically called Medroxyprogesterone Acetate for the PCOS problem. This drug in essence makes your uterus bleed. I have taken it for 3 months…took a month off and now I’m back again for January. I just popped the first tiny ass little pill last night and will take another for the next 12 days straight. This drug has a long long list of possible side affects. “This medicine is used for the treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding due to hormonal imbalance or amenorrhea (no period) where no other cause is found.â€
The drug has a long long list of possible side affects which include but are not limited to Headache, Tablet may discolor stool green, Nausea, Swelling of feet or bloated feeling, increased appetite, weight gain, changes in vaginal bleeding, and Breast tenderness. I’ve had the headaches, the nausea, the bloated feeling, the breast tenderness. But none of these side affects happen every day and none of them are so bad that they make me crazy. I’m just glad to have avoided the other issues. And I have managed to have no weight gain.
With all this manipulation of my uterus there are times when my pants feel tight at the waist but that is the uterine swelling that comes from D&C’s. Ok so now why am I publishing all this vajay jay information online? Because there is somehow a taboo about women walking around talking openly about their females bits ad pieces. We can’t even talk to our own family members about these things and so many people hush up about these issues and then they don’t tell anyone about what they should be concerned over. Craziness.
Last night I was looking for a book about hysterectomies at the bookstore. Everything was boring and long drawn out. I’m
going to look for something online. However I found this……..
I bought it. I’m saddened to learn there’s not one mention of PCOS. Sad really since it affects so so many women and so many have never heard of it. I hope that someday chicks talk about vaginal health as much as they talk about sex.
