Ahh self doubt regarding decisions. It’s so so hard when it comes to career moves. So so hard. But I’m going to take the advise of someone else’s therapist and live in the now. And the now says that this is a needed change for now. I interview tomorrow. They wanted me. We shall see. Time to get out the old standby black suit.
Does every woman have a standby black suit or just me?
A few years ago I had the standby black dress pants with the white professional top.
I’ve moved up to the standby suit with the professional collar.
Yup, I have a standby suit.
And I think living in the now is a great idea.
Knock ‘em dead girl! Whenever my boss mentions anything about my job satisfaction I tell I “well I can’t be interviewing because I don’t even own a suit!” I need to get two of them to have on hand and I think that might just need to be a fall birthday present from my mom…..I mean come on…left to me I can think of 100 things better to by than a suit!
