Yes this shocked me. He was not a person who you heard about in the entertainment world as a partier or drug user and could say, “I can’t say I am suprised”. I is an oddity to me that they report him as being found face down with a bottle of sleeping pills in his hand and still report it as “actor’s death likely suicide or accidental overdose”.
How does one take an accidental overdose of sleeping pills. Either you take a few or ven a few too many and sleep A LOT or you take 1/2 a bottle and you know what you are doing. How the media portrays these things is fascinating to me.
Don’t get me wrong I hope it was accidental but it just seems unlikely to me.
I know, I am so bummed about this. He was such a great actor. Coincidentally, I just rewatched Brokeback Mountain this past weekend - one of my favorite movies. It is so sad that Heath is gone. Some now are speculating that his role as The Joker in the upcoming Batman movie was so “dark” for him that it might have caused him to be depressed and why he was on pills. Who knows! But, the bottom line is that it’s a tragic loss. He would have starred in countless future movies that we will never see. And his child now doesn’t have a father, and that sucks.
