Took Chloe back to the vet last night/this morning at 3:30 a.m. because she threw up and was holding her leg all weird. The vet gave her….doggie TUMS. Go figure. An upset belly. Add $50 worth of tums to that bill…oh what the heck..just add everything just make her better faster!!
I’ve been feeding her bits and pieces of food now every few hours….so far it’s all staying down. Who knows if it was the med’s, too much food all at once….who can know? This is the heartwrenching thing about furkids. They can’t talk!! She’s right now scratching her neck….cone. Of course I stepped in and scratched her everywhere…lol. She’s scratching her cone now…I think she’s starting to realize it’s a pain in the behind…er I mean NECK!
But she seems to be able to hear other worlds now…or perhaps an international radio station? I can’t help but blog about Chloe…because it’s been 24/7 Chloe. Yesterday my arm went numb from holding her in just the “right” comfy position all day. I got no sleep last night….but we made it through another one. G’sshhhhh g’sshhhhh from here and to eternity!!
There is nothing more frustrating than a sick dog.
Don’t you wish they would just look at you and go, “My stomach hurts. Right here.”
